comrAD now gates spend on live availability across Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart.

comrAD watches Meta, Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and LinkedIn continuously, and doesn't just report — it moves bids and budget, negates dead search terms and pauses SKUs the moment they go out of stock. For businesses spending ₹10 lakh a month and up.

Your budget is leaking in places no dashboard shows you.

01

Ads run where the product isn't

Blinkit only serves your ads in pin codes where the stock is physically sitting in the nearest dark store. So every rupee you spend advertising to an area they cannot ship to is buying an advert that was never going to become an order. Most brands never check, because the ads dashboard and the inventory dashboard are different screens.

02

Your reported RoAS is not what you earned

Zepto and Swiggy Instamart commonly report RoAS against MRP rather than the price the customer paid. After platform discounts, the real figure can be materially lower. Decisions get made on the reported number anyway.

03

Leads die between the ad and the CRM

For a hospital, a college or a builder, the form fill isn't the outcome — the walk-in is. If the walk-in never gets back to Meta and Google, the platforms optimise for whoever fills forms fastest, which is rarely whoever buys.

What the dashboard says you made, and what you actually banked

Quick-commerce platforms report RoAS on MRP. Here is the same campaign, restated twice.

comrAD connects to every platform, and never stops working.

comrAD is our own ads manager. It holds native API connections to every platform above, watches them continuously, and acts inside limits your account manager sets.

Bids, budgets and pacing

Continuously optimised against the target you set, not against a monthly review meeting.

Inventory-aware spend

Checks availability before it bids. Pauses when a SKU goes out of stock, throttles when days-of-cover fall, suppresses pin codes that can't fulfil.

Keyword and search-term work

Harvests converting terms into exact match, negates the rest, maintains negative lists across every account.

Anomaly detection

Spend spikes, CPC inflation, conversion-rate collapse and broken tracking surface in minutes, not at month end.

Named account manager

One person on your account, who you can call

Approval gates

Spend caps

Hard ceilings comrAD cannot cross

Kill switch

One control, immediate effect

You get a kill switch, spend caps, performance floors and a full audit log. You also get someone who answers the phone and takes responsibility when a month goes badly.

We also build the system your leads land in.

Spine is our platform for the operational half of the problem — enquiry to qualification to site visit to invoice, on one system instead of six spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group. Solar Spine is the first industry version, live today with solar EPCs across India.

For lead-generation clients it does something no ads platform can: it sends the outcome back. When a lead becomes a walk-in and then a booking, Spine tells Meta and Google, so they start finding you more people like that one.

Five partners. One accountable team.

Millennial AI was founded in 2026 and is based in Mumbai. Our partners come from McKinsey, IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Indore, BITS Pilani, IIT Kanpur, ExxonMobil, Asian Paints and Jaguar Land Rover. We built comrAD because we could not find an ads platform that understood how Indian commerce actually works, and we run it ourselves on every account we take.
