A sample account, not a client

You can export the log

Six dashboards, six logins, and no one looking at the whole picture.

Most Indian brands run Meta and Google in one place, Amazon and Flipkart in another, and quick commerce in three separate portals with no API worth the name. Budget moves between them once a month, in a meeting, based on whichever report was easiest to pull.

comrAD holds all of it in one system and moves money between platforms on the evidence, continuously. That is the whole idea.

What it does

Nine jobs it runs continuously, each with the mechanism stated.

  • Cross-platform budget allocation

Moves spend toward marginal return across every connected platform, not just within one of them.

  • Bid, budget and pacing management

Continuous adjustment against your target, with placement multipliers, dayparting and budget rules for sale events.

  • Inventory-aware spend control

Checks stock and serviceability before it bids. Auto-pauses out-of-stock SKUs, throttles when days-of-cover fall, suppresses pin codes the nearest dark store cannot serve. This is the single largest source of wasted quick-commerce spend in India.

  • Net-value RoAS recalculation

Zepto and Instamart commonly report RoAS on MRP. comrAD recomputes every figure on net realised price, so the number you optimise against is the number you actually earned.

  • Keyword and search-term operations

Harvests converting terms into exact match, negates the rest, maintains shared negative libraries across accounts.

  • Creative fatigue detection

Watches frequency and performance decay per creative and flags rotation before the decline shows up in the monthly report.

  • Anomaly detection

Spend spikes, CPC inflation, conversion-rate collapse, broken tracking and budget caps surface in minutes.

  • Share of search and shelf tracking

Keyword by SKU by platform by city, so you can see where you are losing ground before revenue reflects it.

  • Automated reporting

One dashboard across every platform plus your CRM. Daily pacing, weekly business review, monthly review.

You decide how much rope it gets.

You set the limits, and you can see every change it made. A named person reviews it daily and answers for how the account performs.

The staged autonomy ladder

  1. Observe

comrAD reads your accounts and changes nothing. You see what it would have done, and why.

  2. Recommend

It proposes changes. Your account manager approves each one.

  3. Supervised execution

It acts on the low-risk categories automatically and asks for the rest. You set the line.

  4. Autonomous within guardrails

It runs inside your spend caps and performance floors, and everything is in the audit log.

Most accounts sit at step three indefinitely, and that is a perfectly good place to be. Nothing moves to the next step without you asking.

Regulated categories

Healthcare, financial services and education claims always carry mandatory human review, whatever step you are on. ASCI rules apply and we apply them.

What comrAD won't do

Being explicit here converts better than another feature list.

  • It does not write your strategy. It executes one.
  • It does not invent creative from nothing. It tests, rotates and localises what your team and ours produce.
  • It does not guarantee a result. No advertising system can, and we will not pretend otherwise.
  • It does not replace your account manager. It is the reason one person can run seven platforms properly instead of two badly.
  • It does not work below roughly ₹10 lakh a month in ad spend. There isn't enough signal for the optimisation to beat a competent human with a spreadsheet, and we will tell you that on the first call.

Asked before handing over access

Yes — read and write access to the platforms we manage, granted through each platform's own partner or agency access system, never by sharing passwords. You can revoke it at any time from your side.

Point it at your account for thirty minutes.

We'll connect read-only, show you what comrAD would change, and you decide whether any of it is worth doing.
