We were a consultancy. The market had other ideas.
Millennial AI started in 2026 building custom AI and internal tooling for mid-market companies. The work was good. The market told us something else was more valuable.
Almost every client we built for had the same downstream problem: they were buying media across four or five platforms with no way to see it in one place, no way to tell which spend actually caused revenue, and no one accountable when it went wrong. So we built comrAD, and then we built the agency around it.
We still build software. Spine came out of the same instinct, and Solar Spine is live with EPCs across India. But what we sell now is advertising that works, run on our own system, with a named person accountable for the outcome.
Four positions
These are opinions, which is the point. If you disagree with all four, we are probably not the right firm for you.
Attribution is mostly fiction, and everyone knows it.
Platform-reported conversions across four platforms will exceed your actual revenue. We measure with holdouts and incrementality and tell you the real number, which is usually smaller.
The best optimisation in quick commerce is not bidding.
It is not bidding where you cannot deliver. Checking stock before you bid matters more than any bid strategy.
AI should not be the pitch.
It should be the reason your account gets attention at 2am on a Sunday. What we sell is the result.
Someone has to be accountable.
Software cannot be. That is why every account has a person's name on it.
The Millennial Method
Four stages, and you can stop after any of them. Most people who stop, stop after Diagnose — usually because we told them to do less, not more.
01
Diagnose
What is actually broken, and what it costs you.
02
Design
What we would do, in what order, and why that order.
03
Deploy
Built and shipped in two-week sprints, not in a big-bang release.
04
Scale
Once it works, more of it, with the guardrails already in place.
Where we work
India, primarily and by design — the platforms we are strongest on are the ones Indian buyers actually use, and the operating knowledge does not transfer cleanly. Custom AI is the exception: that practice also serves the United States and the United Kingdom, because the delivery model is asynchronous.
