Hospitals, clinics and diagnostics
Healthcare advertising has real legal limits and a hard measurement problem. We work inside both.
- Meta with Click-to-WhatsApp
- Google Search & call-only
- Google Business Profile & Maps
- YouTube
Three problems specific to this business
Cost per lead looks fine while cost per procedure climbs
The platform optimises for form fills because that is the only signal it receives. Form fills are not patients.
Enquiries arrive on WhatsApp and are never attributed
The highest-intent channel in Indian healthcare is also the one that most often loses attribution at the agent handoff.
Advertising rules limit what you can say, and they are enforced
The constraints are real and enforcement is not theoretical. Creative that would run fine for a D2C brand can expose a hospital.
What we report against
Not impressions, and not cost per lead. These decide whether the marketing paid for itself.
- Cost per qualified enquiry
- Enquiry → consultation rate
- Cost per procedure
- Call quality rate
- Per-centre performance
The outcome goes back to the platform
Holds the enquiry-to-consultation-to-procedure pipeline and sends the outcome back, so Meta and Google optimise on procedures instead of form fills — using hashed offline conversions matched to the original click, never a patient list upload.
Rules we work inside
These shape what you are allowed to say, and we build creative to them from the start.
- Drugs and Magic Remedies Act restrictions on claims
- ASCI healthcare guidance
- NMC advertising rules for practitioners
- Patient-privacy limits on remarketing and customer-list uploads — we do not upload patient data to ad platforms
Asked in this sector
No. Patient data is never uploaded to ad platforms as a customer list, in any form. Offline conversion imports work differently — a hashed identifier is matched back to the original ad click to signal that an outcome occurred. That is a distinct mechanism from handing over a database, and we apply the tighter constraint in healthcare even where a platform's policy would allow more.

We'll come with two or three specific things we'd change, whether or not you work with us.
