Refund policy

Media management is billed monthly in arrears at 10% of the ad spend we managed in that month, subject to a minimum of ₹1,00,000. Meta creative production, where you have opted into it, is billed at a further 2% of spend on the same cycle.

Because fees are charged after the work has been done, there is nothing to refund for a completed month. If you believe a month was billed incorrectly, tell us and we will reconcile it against the platform spend reports and correct the invoice.

Either side may end the engagement with 30 days' written notice. You are billed for the notice period at the usual rate, on the spend actually managed.

On exit, your accounts, your data, your dashboards and any creative we produced remain yours. Platform access was granted through each platform's own agency access system, so you revoke it from your side without needing us to act.

Branding, marketing strategy and custom AI builds are quoted as fixed-scope projects with a stated deliverable list, and are billed in instalments against agreed milestones.

If you end a project part-way, you pay for the milestones completed and delivered up to that point. Instalments paid for milestones not yet started are refunded.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time and the subscription runs to the end of the paid period. Annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days of the initial purchase are refunded pro rata for the unused months; after 30 days, annual terms run to the end of the period.

Your data remains exportable in full at any point, including after cancellation.

Ad spend is paid by you directly to the platforms and is never routed through us, so it does not form part of any refund. The same applies to third-party software licences, listing fees and platform charges billed to you by the platform.
