Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 16, 2026

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. We wrote it in plain language because transparency should not require a law degree.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways: what you provide directly, and what we gather automatically when you visit our website.

Information you provide: - Name, email address, and company information from our contact and inquiry forms - Details you share in message fields or during calls - Scheduling preferences when you book a session through our calendar integration

Information collected automatically: - Device and browser information (type, operating system, screen resolution) - IP address and approximate geographic location - Pages visited, time on pages, and navigation patterns - Referral source (how you found our website)

We do not collect payment or financial information through our website. Billing for consulting engagements is handled separately under individual agreements.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect for these purposes:

  • Responding to inquiries: When you submit a contact form, we use your information to evaluate fit and respond — typically within 24 hours.
  • Scheduling: To coordinate discovery sessions and consultations through our scheduling platform.
  • Communication: To send follow-ups related to your inquiry. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.
  • Website improvement: To learn how visitors use our site so we can improve it.
  • Analytics and reporting: To measure traffic, find popular content, and understand visitor demographics in aggregate.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Third-party services

We use a small number of third-party services to run our website and business. Each has its own privacy policy:

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4): We use GA4 to measure website traffic and visitor behavior. GA4 collects pages visited, session duration, and device information. Google may use this data under its own privacy policy. We have IP anonymization enabled where available.
  • Microsoft Clarity: We use Clarity to see how visitors use our site through session recordings and heatmaps. Clarity captures clicks, scrolls, and page navigation but masks sensitive input fields by default. Microsoft processes this data under its privacy terms.
  • Cal.com: When you schedule a call with us, you use Cal.com's scheduling platform. Cal.com processes your name, email, and scheduling preferences to coordinate the meeting.
  • Resend: We use Resend for transactional email delivery (such as confirmations after you submit a form). Resend processes your email address only to deliver these messages on our behalf.

We share only the minimum information each service needs to function. None of these providers may use your data for their own marketing purposes on our behalf.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Here is what that means in practice:

Essential cookies: Required for basic site functionality. These cannot be disabled without breaking the site.

Analytics cookies: Set by Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to measure traffic and user behavior. These help us improve our website but are not required for it to work.

No advertising cookies: We do not run ads and do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, though this may affect your experience on our site. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and disable Microsoft Clarity through its opt-out mechanism.

Data retention

We keep your personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy:

  • Contact form submissions: Kept for up to 24 months from submission, or longer if an active business relationship exists.
  • Analytics data: Kept per Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity default retention periods (typically 14 months for GA4, 30 days for Clarity session recordings).
  • Email communications: Transactional email logs through Resend are kept for up to 12 months.

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. If you want your data removed sooner, contact us at the details below.

Your rights

Regardless of where you are located, we respect these rights over your personal data:

  • Right to access: You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to correction: You can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Right to deletion: You can request that we delete your personal information, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain it.
  • Right to restrict processing: You can ask us to limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
  • Right to data portability: You can request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to object: You can object to our processing of your personal data for specific purposes, including analytics.
  • Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.

For visitors in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, these rights come from the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For visitors elsewhere, we extend the same courtesies as a matter of principle.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@millennial-ai.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within 30 days.

International data transfers

Millennial AI is based in India. If you visit our website or submit information from outside India, your data may be transferred to and processed in India, and in the countries where our third-party service providers operate (including the United States for Google, Microsoft, and Resend).

We rely on the privacy safeguards of our service providers, including standard contractual clauses and equivalent measures, to protect data transferred internationally.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
