Every figure here states what was measured, over what window, and how. Where a client cannot be named we say so and describe them instead. Where we cannot source a number, it is not on this page.
How we publish
- We never publish a number we cannot source. Sourced means the client has seen it and agreed it, and we can produce the report it came from.
- Every figure states its measurement window and method.
- We anonymise rather than invent. A described client is honest; a made-up one is fraud.
- Where we did not run a holdout, we say the result is directional.
We'd rather show you what we'd do on your account than what we did on someone else's.
