All consulting engagements with Millennial AI are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOWs), service agreements, or contracts signed separately between Millennial AI and the client.

These terms of service do not create a consulting relationship. Scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment terms, and other engagement details are defined only in the applicable SOW or contract.

If these website terms conflict with a signed SOW or contract, the SOW or contract prevails.

Client deliverables: Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, clients own the final deliverables from their engagement — including reports, models, applications, and creative assets — upon full payment.

Our methodology and frameworks: Millennial AI retains full ownership of its methodologies, frameworks, tools, templates, processes, and general know-how, including those developed or refined during client engagements. We may use generalized learnings and non-confidential techniques from any engagement in our ongoing work.

Website content: All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, logos, case studies, and code — is the intellectual property of Millennial AI and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

Pre-existing IP: Each party keeps ownership of any intellectual property it owned before the engagement. Nothing in these terms transfers pre-existing IP from one party to the other.

Working with a consultancy often means sharing sensitive business information. We treat all client information with discretion.

Confidential information shared during an engagement — including business plans, financial data, proprietary processes, and strategic initiatives — will be handled per the confidentiality provisions in the applicable SOW or contract.

For pre-engagement conversations (such as discovery sessions), we apply the same standard of discretion. We will not share details of your inquiry, business challenges, or proposed projects with third parties without your consent.

Case studies and client references are published only with written permission from the client.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Millennial AI provides its website and content on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• Millennial AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or reliance on any information provided on it.
