Grow & convert
The traffic is fine. The page is the problem.
Research, experimentation and the India-specific checkout work that most CRO programmes skip.

- Server-side GTM

- Shiprocket
Doubling conversion rate halves your cost per acquisition on every channel at once.
Doubling conversion rate is the same as halving your cost per acquisition, and it compounds across every channel simultaneously.
It is also slower and less glamorous than launching another campaign, which is why it gets postponed.
The work itself
What a month on the account looks like.
CRO and analytics audits
GA4 configuration, GTM, data layer, consent mode and server-side tagging — checked before anything is optimised against them.
Funnel analysis
Drop-off analysis and segment-level funnel comparison, so you know which audience is failing where.
Behavioural research
Heatmaps, session recordings, rage and dead-click detection, and form-field analytics.
Voice of customer
On-site polls, exit surveys, post-purchase surveys, and mining of support tickets and reviews.
Usability and message testing
Moderated testing, five-second tests and message-match validation against the ad.
Experimentation programme design
Hypothesis backlog, ICE or PXL prioritisation, sample-size and MDE discipline, guardrail metrics, and a learning repository.
Testing execution
A/B, A/B/n, MVT, split-URL and server-side testing.
Landing page systems
Modular components with message match to the ad, and per-campaign variants that do not need a developer.
Form optimisation
Field reduction, multi-step, progressive profiling, PIN-code autofill and OTP-less login.
India-specific checkout
COD rules and COD-to-prepaid nudges, RTO risk scoring, UPI-first flows, RBI tokenisation and e-mandate compliance, no-cost EMI and BNPL placement, and GoKwik, Razorpay Magic or Shiprocket checkout.
Core Web Vitals
LCP, INP and CLS, third-party script governance, and performance on mid-range Android over 2G and 3G — which is what your buyers actually use.

Asked before signing
It depends entirely on traffic. Sample size and minimum detectable effect set the ceiling, not ambition. A site with 5,000 monthly conversions can run meaningful tests continuously; a site with 200 cannot, and for those we do research, usability work and best-practice implementation, and we say when a test is underpowered.
Thirty minutes on your account. No deck.
We'll look at what you're running and come back with two or three specific things we'd change — whether or not you work with us.
